YOU
- Customer focused with professional communication style (written and verbal) and able to easily liaise with B2B clients (phone and email).
- Strong planning and organisation skills. Able to work methodically and manage a varied workload where multi-tasking is essential.
- Attention to detail. Accurate with data-entry and numeracy focused with the ability to “read” data and pick up errors.
- Calm under pressure. Confident and enthusiastic with a “can do” attitude.
- Work effectively under pressure and thrives in a busy fast-paced environment.
- Excellent computer literacy, including intermediate to advanced Excel. Experience with CRM systems and ability to pick up software, systems and processes.
- Looks for and suggests improvement initiatives.
- A team player. Experience managing people would be beneficial for future career opportunities, but not essential.
- Tertiary Qualifications would be looked at favourably. Particularly in Marketing or Business / Commerce.
- Packaging, labels, print or other manufacturing experience where you follow a set process is required.
THE ROLE
Much more than processing orders, and checking accuracy, this role offers so much variety and potential to take on more responsibilities as you master the industry.
- Working with a manufacturing team of diverse personalities, you will be the gel that coordinates between Clients, the Sales and Production teams!
- Work cohesively with the team to proactively to problem solve and provide client-centric and business smart solutions.
- Assist with the overall management of workflow.
- Liaise with clients and the entire supply chain to ensure each order is on spec and in the client’s hands on-time. Including coordinating freight and logistics.
- Create and read reports, including forecasting, cost analysis and sales reports.
There are also potential responsibilities in Marketing which you can take on if of interest to you! Making this role ideal for a Marketing or Business Grad. with some office and CSR experience who has a hunger to learn and progress with this market leading company.
Please note: This is an office-based role normally, but you will be set-up to WFH during “red level” and as and when required. However, working as part of the team is really important in this environment so you do need to commit to normal office hours from the office (based near the Airport). Hours are 8.30am-5pm.
REMUNERATION
Dependent on experience this role may sit between $65,000-$75,000 per annum. The upper for a Packaging Industry experienced CSR who has the ability and skills to be a CSR manager or progress into Account Management over time. (At that stage your salary would of course increase with responsibility).
