To support our growth within the region and our significant project wins we are looking for an Infrastructure Project Manager to join our Southern Infrastructure team. This role will see you taking a broad role in project and/or design management of a range of general civil, land development and roading projects that are positively impacting our communities locally in Ōtautahi and nationally across Aotearoa.
- Assume responsibility for the management and delivery of the Beca design phase for multidisciplinary projects of all scales
- Work with team and motivate to encourage innovative thinking, develop new ideas and approaches
- Deliver operational excellence through effective management of complex solutions and large or complex projects
- Apply a deep understanding of project management principles to devise and deliver practical and economical solutions to problems gaining respect from clients as a highly-skilled consultant
- Ensure compliance with quality procedures
- Understand risk on jobs through the implementation of sound audit, business and financial management and understand the impact of work practices on the financial outcome of projects
About you
You love to learn and share knowledge and someone who can bring a fresh perspective. You might be a Civil Engineer or a Project Manager with a passion for delivering better to our communities. You will have experience in dealing with local authorities, government agencies, commercial developments, and utility providers. How you work is also important to us – we will value your enthusiasm and motivation to continue to learn from your peers and more senior members of the team.
