Kōrero mō te tūranga | About the Role
As a skilled and professional Senior OD practitioner, you will play an influential role in getting us to where we need to be. You will develop, implement and embed a range of initiatives focussing on strengthening the Treasury’s diversity and inclusion, wellbeing, innovation, capability and performance. Our mahi spans the whole organisation, aims to be sector-leading, and is endorsed and supported by our Chief Executive and Senior Leaders.
To be successful in this role you will enjoy working alongside others to provide customised and pragmatic advice to meet business needs. You will be comfortable navigating through ambiguity and demonstrate great judgement. As well as your OD responsibilities, you will connect and collaborate with the People and Wellbeing team on wider initiatives.
Ō pūmanawa | About You
- Experience in designing, delivering and evaluating significant OD and capability solutions that lift organisational performance
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate issues and concepts clearly, succinctly and with impact
- Excellent planning and organisational skills with a reputation for timely quality delivery
- Highly developed relationship management skills, able to build credibility, engage and influence at all levels
- A confident facilitator and presenter who can think on your feet.
- Able and willing to engage meaningfully within te ao Māori and with other cultural frameworks
