Ko ngā āheinga mahi / The Opportunity
This full-time role will be responsible partnering closely with our clients, building relationships, understanding their business, and delivering outstanding outcomes for them.
You will be the primary point of contact to work with some of New Zealand’s largest companies.
Your objective is to provide clients with suitable candidates for the job vacancies they have listed with TRN which entails a wide variety of assignments including account management, meeting with clients, candidate selection through to negotiations. You will be expected to run, the recruitment process for both candidates and clients from start to finish and provide a world class service to both clients and candidates.
Experience in the recruitment industry is not essential, but you will have a proven aptitude for negotiating and focusing on building long term relationships with clients and candidates. Resilience, drive, perseverance and confidence are key.

You will have a natural sense of urgency, the desire to be successful and be prepared to do what it takes. You will be comfortable working at all levels providing commercially focused people solutions in a consultative manner. You will have the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates, with the necessary skills to articulate yourself and hold meaningful professional conversations.
