Keppler Service and Parts is looking for a temporary service advisor to work with us for 6 months whilst we have a team member on maternity leave. You will be working with our marque brands – GWM, HAVAL and Mahindra, along with a wide range of preowned European vehicles.
Service advisors play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will strive to ensure all service visits run smoothly and that all customers concerns are addressed and rectified. Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, the successful applicant will be an integral member of the service team.
