We are seeking a customer inspired professional to join the Christchurch Corporate Mobile team for a 12 month fixed term contract.
Delivering superior customer service, provisioning mobile requests, ensuring all inbound communication is managed to customer expectations and within SLA’s.
This role would be ideally suited to someone in a first-line service desk role ready for the next step up. If you believe you’ve got what it takes and you want to be part of a winning team, get in touch today.
You will need to be up for a fast paced inbound service desk environment where you’ll be troubleshooting with customer and actioning requests whilst delivering expert customer service on every call/email.
On top of your passion for putting the customer first, you will need to have:
- Customer service experience where you love handling the tough stuff
- Exceptional English communication skills
- Proficient typing skills
- Experience with computers and technology comprehension
- Feel comfortable learning technical concepts and explaining to end users in basic terms
- Troubleshooting and problem solving skills, entry level
- A positive ‘can-do’ attitude
- Team Player
