We are a small flexible business, operating a blend of remote and in person working. We all manage our own accounts but it’s critical we share ideas and work together as a team for the betterment of our clients. We have grown quickly from our inception in 2020 but have the systems in place to deliver world class social media marketing services to our clients. We deal with clients in a range of industries such as; car sales, baby, health, accounting, recruitment, audio visual, property, manufacturing, and construction.
As one of our Account Managers you will be responsible for delivering services for up to eight clients. You will run monthly content strategy meetings, craft written content for blog articles, email newsletters and social media. The major focus of this role is scheduling social media posts following a planned content calendar and strategy using our industry leading platform and the Blackjet systems.
We need someone smart, motivated and task driven who loves writing great content. You will love ticking off assigned tasks and building our clients’ businesses online with us. You don’t need to have worked in marketing or social media previously – we are more interested in exceptional writing skills and accuracy – we can teach you the rest. Although, an interest in the ever-changing world of social media would be an advantage. You will need the ability to process complex information, as most of our clients’ content strategy goals are to be thought leaders in their industries. You could be a recent graduate (or even still studying as we can accommodate part time) and looking for a career opportunity. Alternatively, you could have experience in communications, writing or research but looking for something more dynamic.
You will get true flexibility, most of our work is completed remotely – we get together once a week in a shared office in Petone. You will be mentored by the owner and founder who is passionate not only about our clients but also developing each member of the team. You will receive a salary package between $50K and $60K FTE plus extra leave entitlements, bonuses, MacBook, personal development plans, quarterly connection days and a truly flexible working environment.
