Systems Support Technician

Our Information Technology Services Team is looking for a technically focused person who is willing to learn and able to work with other people to support their day-to-day requirements around information technology. 
 

You will need to be capable of working on computer hardware and software, be cool under pressure and capable of working with a diverse range of staff to get the best outcomes and it is preferable that you have some form of technical qualification to support your application.

You will be keen to join in and support others as well, collaborative team work is a big part of what we do here. 
 

IT Services is a technical place to work, but we’re not too technically demanding. However, you should be familiar with using a Microsoft Windows computer in a large multi-user environment like ours, with a good foundation in Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office. 
 

You should also be capable of communicating technology and support type incidents face-to-face, online or over the telephone. We would be over the moon if you also had some Apple Macintosh experience.
