A Gorilla Burger Team Member is responsible for creating awesome customer experiences. Be it, making delicious food for them or having a great chat while taking their order. They can have fun while working hard and contribute to making the workplace enjoyable for the rest of their team.
We are ideally seeking candidates who are eager to learn the art of cooking great burgers and have a knack for creating amazing experiences for our customers!

What we are looking for…
- Ideally some experience working in hospitality (having experience in both Front of house & working in a kitchen is a plus)!
- Willingness to be hands on during key service times
- Ability to follow and execute food safety plans and follow company procedures
- Awesome customer service and communication skills
- Ability to support the cooking and production of food
- High personal standards
- Works well under pressure
- A team player mentality
