UPPPER NORTH ISLAND REGIONAL MANAGER
Job Description:
Building Service Contractors of NZ (BSCNZ) is the trade association for the NZ Cleaning industry and we are looking to assist a privately owned successful nationwide commercial cleaning service business, to find a Upper North Island Regional Manager, to join their dynamic management team in this essential growth industry.
The Auckland and Upper North island region has a range of clients from household brands in finance and IT to local councils, and everything in between.
The Regional Manager will support our team leader and wider team. In this already established role, no two days will be the same. This position offers:

Job Requirements:
This is a genuine opportunity to really make a difference. We’d love to hear from people who can show us when they’ve made a difference in this way before. Ideally, you will also have:

  • Customer centric focus
  • at least 5 years’ experience in service delivery management – preferably in the cleaning and hygiene industry or similar
  • strong commercial nous for creating sustainable growth
  • a down to earth, ‘can do’ attitude
  • a proven ability to communicate well with people from all walks of life.

The position is based in Auckland but you won’t be chained to your desk. It requires high energy levels and a genuine commitment to being out and about actively supporting the team. There will be some travel required around the region, including meeting with clients to review performance on a regular basis. (We provide the car.)
