MASH is an accredited provider of community based residential and rehabilitation support services. We support a range of people with differing needs to live as independently as possible in the community.


The Job:

The successful applicant will be supporting our people with community and facility based activities. This will involve supporting them to engage across a range of musical, sensory, art and craft, educational activities and other programs according to their needs.


Hours of work:

This is a part time position of 48 hours per fortnight, worked between Monday to Friday.

The exact days and hours can be negotiated with the successful candidate.

You will have:

  • Relevant experience working with people with an intellectual disability and complex needs (preferred but not essential)
  • A current full NZ driver’s licence and be able to drive both automatic and manual cars and vans
  • A passion for developing and expanding opportunities for service users
  • The ability to work in a team across a range of activity areas including assisting with personal cares
  • Good documentation skills and familiarity with a computer
