Base Maternity Unit, New Plymouth

Temporary, 6 Months

Part Time, 0.8 FTE (32 hours per week) however FTE can be negotiable

We have an opportunity to join our New Plymouth maternity ward as a ward administrator.

This position is responsible for providing booking, admissions and other administrative service to the hospital staff members and our patients.

You must:

  • Be quick to learn new computer software
  • Can work under pressure
  • Have great front-line customer service skills
  • Be committed to quality and accuracy
  • Have a good sense of humour

If you have experience in customer service, administration and worked within a hospital environment, then this is to your advantage.

We are seeking candidates who are available to work afternoon shifts and weekends.
