Beach Babylon is a busy beachside cafe serving retro food and tasty drinks 7 days a week, from 8 until late. We are an owner operated business, not a big hospo group; we still have over 40 staff & encourage a sense of family, friendship, inclusiveness, & supportiveness. We are lgbtq+ friendly. Whilst the job can be busy and challenging we also believe in having fun, both with customers & each other, & we always encourage staff to be themselves.
6+ months experience is ideal, but we are willing to train people with no experience provided they are willing to learn! Specific experience in table service, bar work, or barista work is a huge plus, and can come with more $$.
