Receptionist Responsibilities:
- The receptionist will greet and direct all visitors in a friendly and helpful manner
- Answer all incoming calls and transfer calls or take messages
- Respond to residents’ and family members’ questions and concerns
- Monitor the front lobby and entrance area for cleanliness
- Provide top-notch customer service to all residents, family members, vendors, and employees
- Distribute resident and office mail

Receptionist Qualifications:
- Minimum requirement of high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational, administrative, and planning skills.
- 2 years of experience at a healthcare facility in a medical receptionist role preferred
