BSCNZ is the industry body for the NZ Commercial Cleaning industry. Our Members choose to belong to the association in order to work together to raise the standards of the Commercial cleaning industry.
Your role is to place the unemployed into full time vacancies within the commercial cleaning industry. You will screen, reference check and complete many administrative tasks before referring a candidate for interview – all at pace! You will enjoy keeping in contact with your placements and offering pastoral care to ensure employed candidates are thriving in their new roles.
Based from our office in Auckland there will be an option to work from home at times. Your region of responsibility will be the Waikato and Bay of Plenty so some travel will be required, therefore your own vechile and full drivers licence will be requrired.. Key contacts for this role will be job seekers, employers, and the Ministry of Social Development.
You must be able to establish credibility, develop an understanding of relationships and contracts within a short period of time, come to understand the function and requirements of the various roles within the industry in order to ensure all candidates put forth for employment are suitable.
