The role
This exciting Workforce Planner position includes supporting, monitoring, analysing and enhancing the operation of the Service Centre to ensure that SLA metrics and KPIs are met and exceeded. This role plays an important central point of contact for Team leaders, senior management teams and contact centre staff.
You will be responsible for:
- Monitor performance of Service centre to contract terms, SLAs, and KPIs, ensuring that real-time, short, and long-term trends are noted and appropriately addressed
- Providing advice and support to management and leadership on workforce planning requirements
- Responsible for short term forecasting, accounting for workforce shrinkage, call volume modelling, roster production
- Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders within the organisation, including operational leadership, team leaders and seniors
- Manage the day-to-day workforce activities and analyse and identify opportunities for improvement and risk
- Oversee and ensure Workforce Management and Planning, BI systems are used correctly, providing training and monitoring of usage as needed
- Provide accurate and insightful reporting on resource management trends, absence management and workforce related analytics
Who are you?
- Must have previous experience in Workforce Management frameworks and practices managing rosters and covering leave requirements
- Experience working in implementing quality initiatives, and have advanced excel skills understanding datasets and matrix
- High level written and verbal communication, with the ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities and handle multiple deadlines
- Previous experience in Power BI dashboard or Workforce Management and Planning system is an advantage
