We are delighted to represent my client, a company with a strong presence in many workplaces in New Zealand who is seeking a Customer Sales and Fulfilment Coordinator. My client who is based in Penrose is a leader in its field and is a value-based company with a great team and culture!
Do you have a sales background but don’t want to solely do sales anymore? do you have a positive, bubbly attitude and have strong administration skills? Well, have we got the role for you! The main duties of this role will be to grow business revenue with new customers through consultative selling and to provide a great experience for customers by coordinating and managing the installation and service workflow. The sales component of this role will only be seasonal so this is a very diverse role. This is a newly created fast-paced role and if it sounds like the fit for you keep reading!
This is a permanent full-time role. This role will be Monday- Friday 8:30 am -5:00 pm and 40 hours a week.
As a Customer Sales and Fulfilment Coordinator, some of your key areas of responsibility will include:
- Effectively convert incoming contacts/leads to sales with excellent phone-based selling skills
- Manage open leads and ensure all leads are followed up within the agreed timeframe
- Qualify and allocate sales opportunities to licensees
- Coordinate and organise installations to ensure that service levels for customers are met
- Ensure all installations are attended to within agreed timeframes, as per the service level
- Provide constructive feedback to contractors regarding any issues with installations
- Monitor the chat and emails along with questions from Trademe
- Process all orders from daily banking and merchants
- Identify opportunities for improvement or innovation and takes steps to implement appropriate changes
- Ensure all invoices are checked and correct for sign off and entered on time
- Ensure all data is inputted accurately and on time into CRM and Administration processes are up to date and accurate
As our ideal candidate you will demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a sales role (doesn’t have to have been in a previous call centre environment)
- Proven ability in sales with high energy, drive and a can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven skills in handling challenging customer interaction
- Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office as a minimum
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to multitask and prioritise, with excellent time management skills
- Can pick up systems fast, and can work with a computer confidently
