To provide effective direction and leadership for the day to day activity of the team both at the yard and while onsite at customer locations. Ensure that all activity of the team is consistent and in line with company standards and practices. |
| Organise the Team |
Organise the team to be at the required locations at the required times on a day to day basis. Communicate effectively with team and management to ensure that we are effective and efficient. |
| Team Morale |
To encourage and motivate the team so that they can be effective in their duties. Communicate any issues to management in a timely manner. |
| Maintain and enforce Company standards |
Ensure that all company standards are enforced and maintained by all team-members. Communicate information to the team to ensure that this can be achieved and maintained. |
| Lead by Example |
To be a positive role model for the team, demonstrating required good behaviors, standards, skills and attitudes at all times. |
| Be available |
Be available to the team and to management as required to fulfill the responsibilities and duties. |
| Communicate with Clients / Customers |
Establish and maintain good communication and relationships with our clients. Represent the company positively at all times and do nothing to negatively affect or diminish the reputation of the company in any way. |
