At Te Tāhuhu o te Mātauranga | Ministry of Education, we work to provide services and support nationally, regionally and locally to the education sector, and in some cases, directly to ākonga and whānau.

Te Puna Rangatōpū | Corporate Group delivers well-connected, efficient and effective corporate services that enable our people to do their best work every day. The essential services, support, tools and resources we provide help make the Ministry a great place to work.

The Corporate Applications team is responsible for the support, maintenance, daily management and ongoing development of the Ministry’s corporate financial applications.

About the role

This is a diverse role supporting a wide range of Oracle ERP & EPM modules and Ministry wide user base. You will use your confident and proactive approach to relationship management, problem solving and logical reasoning, to identify further opportunities to add value and provide high quality support and advice.

About you

We are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of FMIS systems experience with a good understanding of financial and procurement system functionality. This will include advanced use of Oracle or a similar Tier 1 system, in a medium to large organisation.
