About the role:
As a Quality Assurance Assistant you will ensure that all jobs’ artefacts for the completed jobs are submitted by the relevant subcontracting firms and processed into the system.
- Ensure all relevant and necessary documentation is provided by the client to enable the commercial team to invoice
- Liaising with the stakeholders to communicate any corrective actions and to seek any additional or improved artefacts
- Using Netmap to ensure all information is collated by the given deadline
What are they looking for?
If you have worked in the telecommunications, construction, or engineering industry this would be a bonus, we are also looking for people who have a high level of customer service & administrative experience:
- Previous experience working in a project administrative role, completion, or quality assurance role
- Be able to manage your time well and work towards strict deadlines
- Previous experience with client liaison and strong communication skills
- Proven attention to detail and ability to use your initiative
