ABOUT THIS ROLE
Reporting to the Customer Service manager based in Whangarei you will oversee the delivery of cleaning services at multiple sites.
SHIFT DETAILS:
- Shifts will vary so you will need to be flexible to help cover the needs of the company, but the hours will predominantly be between 11.00 am – 5.00pm
- A minimum of 30 hours per week is guaranteed.
RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE
- Business Growth
- Operational staff recruitment, induction & training
- Management of labour hours within budget
- Administrative tasks to support Operational Manager.
- Labour management of hours
- OH&S training & reporting and monitoring.
- Quality control of contracts & organisation of auditing process
- Work programming
- Customer Relations
- Maintaining client’s security
- Managing performance of cleaners and other Supervisors.
- Commercial cleaning
WHAT DO I NEED?
- Full NZ Drivers licence
- Previous supervisory experience running a complex, multi-site, low margin, profitable business would be a bonus.
- Cleaning experience
- A strong customer service focus
- Previous commercial cleaning and floorcare experience
- Computer Skills Word and excel, outlook,
- Outstanding leadership capability across a diverse workforce
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to implement change.
- Understanding of the OH&S function within the market sector
- Experience in managing staff performance.
- Tidy presentation
- Ability to build strong Internal.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Focuses on Quality:
- Flexible – Be willing to work a variety of shifts, perform a variety of job tasks and duties and take direction from various supervisory personnel to assist Spotless complies with all service delivery obligations.
