Ideally you will need to have previous Recruitment experience as a Resourcer; what’s more important is a positive, can do attitude and open to learning, the ability to problem solve and act with urgency, a team player mentality and the ability to find quality candidates for our clients.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Writing and posting ads
- Screening of candidates
- Searching various mediums for candidates
- Social Media posting
- Verbal referencing
- A variety of admin tasks
You will need to have:
- Ideally previous experience in a similar role
- Possess excellent administration & systems skills
- Be able to work in a fast – paced environment, be adaptable with a positive attitude
- Real people person, resilient and have excellent communication skills
- Able to relate to people at all levels
