We are looking for awesome people to work from Friday through to Monday’s on a rotating 4-day roster across 24 hours and help us put our amazing candidates into meaningful work across Aotearoa/ NZ.

Ko ngā āheinga mahi / The Opportunity
This is a candidate focused role based in Tāmaki Makaurau/Auckland in our afterhours hub. Your goal will be to provide wonderful talent (people) to be work ready and able to go out to our work for our clients.
You will be tasked with filling our clients shifts over our busy weekend periods. Sourcing new talent from our client management system through to the local market. You will be conducting any final compliance like expiries on visa’s and licences, ensure their covid-19 vax all up to, references and timesheets completed.
Your one of those amazing multitaskers who can handle varied workloads and time constraints and will have had some experience in an office admin role and have a very high understanding of MS Office suite.
If you love being on the phone – you will love it! Even better if are quick to form good relationships on the phone and are comfortable working autonomously but remember, we will offer plenty of support and guidance (and great coffee!)
