The Immigration Contact Centre needs people who are switched on. To be successful in this role, you will need a passion for learning, a positive, pro-active approach to work, are resilient and have proven experience in a customer service environment. In this role you will serve our internal, external, and global customers. ICC provides valuable information and advice to people who wish to visit, study, work or live lawfully in Aotearoa.
As a member of the Te Whakatairanga Immigration Contact Centre team, you will gain invaluable insights into MBIE, you’ll build relationships within the organisation, and you will be well supported by a well-established and experienced leadership team.

Hours:
This is a permanent, full-time role where you will be scheduled+ for an 8 hour shift that includes a paid 30 min break, between the hours of 8am and 10pm, Monday to Friday. We are ideally looking for people who can commit to starting later in the day e.g 11 am start onwards.
Salary:
The starting salary for our CSA’s $51,323. Thanks to our progression framework, if you like self-development and achieving goals there is the ability to move quickly through our salary steps.
Within 12 to 18 months you could be on $61,528 with the ability to move to a Senior Client Service Advisor role and earn up to $66,630.
