JTB design beautiful contemporary buildings of all sizes and across a broad range of project types. This position is Part time – 30+ hours – 3 – 4 days/week.
The opportunity:
Jerram Tocker Barron Architects is a design focused practice with studios in Wellington, Nelson, Christchurch and Auckland. Work is varied with a mix of Residential, Education, Civic, Research, Aged Care, Commercial & Urban Design projects throughout NZ. JTB Architects are committed to understanding and responding to their client needs with energy, professionalism and creativity.
What the position will involve:
- Create job entries in synergy/sharepoint
- Input the project programme, resource allocation, milestones
- Checking on project deadlines/budget spend – report to manager
- Assist with the accounting function in Xero, assisting with month-end reconciliations
- Compile project contracts
- Assisting with Invoicing and payroll functions
- Administration
Who are we looking for?
- 2+ years experience in a similar Project/Office Administrator role
- Exposure to accounts
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Superior attention to detail
