Your new company
This Masterton-based organisation provides essential public services to communities in the Wairarapa and wider Wellington region. Working closely with their partner organisation in Wellington CBD and the Hutt Valley, they are committed to delivering high-quality services and are seeking an Administrator to join their People and Capability team. This is a part-time role on a 2 year fixed-term contract.
Your new role
You will be responsible for delivering timely, high-quality administration support to the wider People and Capability team, managers and staff across the organisation.
You will provide general support to the People and Capability team, which includes Health and Safety, as required. This may include but is not limited to:
- Minute taking
- Data entry
- Room bookings
- Ordering or organisation of equipment, supplies and catering
What you’ll need to succeed
You will be an experienced administrator, with previous experience providing support to a Human Resources, Health and Safety or similar team. You will be a team-player, comfortable with collaborating with colleagues and be adaptable to changes in the organisation.
What you’ll get in return

This is a part-time position, approximately 30 hours per week, and can offer flexibility in how these hours are worked.
