Afterhours Customer Service Representative- Healthcare Industry!

About the role:

  • You will be working in a call center based environment assisting callers with their queries relevant to the support services that they require. Each call will vary.
  • $25 per hour
  • Your new office is will be in Albany.
  • You will be no stranger to challenges, as this environment will make you think on your feet.
  • You will be working on rotational Monday – Sunday, where you will be working 5 days a morning shift, then have 2 days off and then the next week you will be doing afternoon shifts.
  • This role is based in Albany.
  • You will coordinate cover for any unplanned relief, and any short-term roster changes, and vacancies to ensure the customer’s support needs are met.

About you:

  • You will come from a background in the service center or have worked in a fast paced environment.
  • You have experience in client management systems and/or CRM and ERP systems.
  • You will love problem solving, and have the resilience to cope with the unexpected.
  • You will have excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
