The role
We are looking for CALD and English speaking compassionate workers who live within or can travel to the Kogarah area and surrounding suburbs and want to make a difference to the lives of the elderly consumers. You will be providing high-quality support to our clients in their homes and also social outings .
Suitable candidates will be hired on a casual, part time or full-time basis with an opportunity to grow within our team.
Key Responsibilities Of This Role Will Include:

Essential Criteria:
- Driving
- Have a Certificate III or Cert lV in Individual Support, Aged Care, or a second year or above Bachelor of Nursing student
- Competency in providing care to clients
- Excellent communication skills
- Honesty and integrity
- Documentation and reporting capabilities
- Sound computer skills
If successful, you will be required to undergo a National Police Check.
We have a Covid-19 Safety Plan in place including policies and procedures to support our clients and our workforce. Our Covid-19 Management Committee meets on a regular basis to ensure our responses continue to be proactive and comprehensive.
