Join our team at Moana Pool as receptionist and put your people skills to the test. We have multiple permanent part time shifts available with a variety of shifts that include the weekend and evenings.
In this role you will provide an efficient level of service through reception by providing admission to, orientation of, and information on the various facilities and services available at Moana Pool.
You will bring your highly effective people skills and passion for customer service. You will have a warm, friendly and efficient manner, and ability to communicate and relate to our community including people of different age groups and cultural backgrounds.
Your responsibilities within this role include the following:
- Reception and administration duties,
- Collection of monies for general admissions, group fitness classes, group bookings, Swim School lessons payments, sales of memberships and multi-visit passes, and the sale of aquatic merchandise,
- Greet all customers in a welcoming and helpful manner,
- Promote and up-sell Moana Pool’s range of goods, services and swim shop merchandise.
To be successful in this role you will have the following:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and telephone manner,
- Proven experience in a busy reception or retail environment,
- Work well under pressure while continuing to provide exceptional customer service,
- Be safety conscious.
Salary Range – 47,320 – 48,226

Aquatic Services Purpose
