Ascot Park Kindergarten sits within a vibrant multicultural community, located on the eastern side of Porirua Harbour, and is close to the communities of Waitangirua and Aotea. The kindergarten is a focal point for the community by providing a connection between families, and has close connections with local schools. The environment has been recently updated and features a large outside paly area, including a new sandpit, banks and well-established trees. The kindergarten is well resourced, airy and bright with a range of spaces for children that promote a wide variety of play opportunities.

Other educational places in the area are Rangikura School, Horouta te Kohanga Reo and Aotea College.

We are licensed for 42 children who attend for 6 hours each day. You will join of team of four Kaiako who bring diversity and experience with them.

This role is .7 (28hrs per week) worked over the following

Mon (8hrs) 8.00am to 4.30pm (inc 1/2 hr unpaid break)

Tue (8hrs) 8.00am to 4.30pm (inc 1/2 hr unpaid break)

Wed (8hrs) 8.00am to 4.30pm (inc 1/2 hr unpaid break)

Thur (2hrs) 11.30am to 1.30pm

Fri (2hrs) 11.30am to 1.30pm
