Experience – Required:
- 1 year as a receptionist, hospitality/hotel front desk, or customer service representative.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities – Required:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong telephone etiquette and computer skills.
Location: Lehigh Valley Health Network · PATIENT RELATIONS
Schedule: Part Time 16 hours per week, Evening Shift, 11:30 a – 8:00 p variable with weekend and holiday rotation
