Bay Audiology- Client Care Coordinator – Fixed-term (Wellington Central)

Here at Bay Audiology, the heart of our mission is to help people rediscover all the emotions of sound . We offer a range of services, including hearing tests, hearing device fitting and maintenance, whilst offering ongoing support and care for our clients.
Our Client Care Coordinators are the first face our clients meet on their hearing journey. This role provides an exceptional client care experience with every interaction. As part of a wider team, you will work closely with our Audiologists and Ear Nurses and of course our clients.
About the role:
We are in search for a personable, dynamic, and hard-working customer service extraordinaire to join our vibrant team based in Wellington Central clinic on a fixed-term basis. This is to cover a parental leave commencing in July 2022. As our Client Care Coordinator, you will be making a real difference in the lives of those with hearing loss. Therefore, this is a perfect opportunity for someone who by nature derives satisfaction in helping others by bringing a positive change to their life .
This is a varied role working closely with our clinicians, and no two days will be the same. You will be responsible for the scheduling of our clinicians’ time, customer service including hearing aid repairs, onsite hearing screening and on selling of consumables. Full training provided.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm (fixed-term)
