Are you a Xero star looking for some variety and a neat community to be part of? Scitex Consulting Group are seeking a bookkeeper, who loves working with small family-owned businesses, in a super flexible sole charge role. Come join us as we engineer better Mondays for people across New Zealand.
You’ll play a vital role in keeping our accounts up to date and obligations met. Ideally you will have some solid previous experience using Xero.
The main responsibilities of the role include, but are not be limited to:
- Payroll (MYOB)
- Invoicing
- AP/AR
- Bank reconciliations
- GST Return checks
- Assisting and liaising with our Accountants; responsible for Xero
We offer a great company culture and an awesome team environment (Hopefully you like baking, or at least tasting some baking!). You’ll have a mix of working from our Ellerslie/Penrose office where it suits (ideally part of Tuesday and/or Thursday each week – but flexible), as well as some time working from home. Hours will be flexible but generally around 10-12 hour per week at this stage.
