Tasks
* Match all the signing sheets from our clients and all staff time sheets- This is done on Monday morning
* Load all New team members in Smartly payroll – This is done on Moday morning
*Filling all staff paperwork in alphbetical Order and it’s easy to locate staff paperwork.
* Sign up new team members and file all documents
* Help out with interview new team members
* Reconcile work on Zero for both Count me and Grounded Roots Cafe
* Work along side our We accounting any equires with our accounts
* Runner if Fred needs work to get done around the office.
Pay Rate is $23per hour and pay day is every Wenesday morning
