THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a collaborative, customer, and outcomes-focused go-getter to come in and join our Education Technology Initiatives team. If you are passionate about working with the business at all levels and supporting a student information system to ensure it functions optimally, then this role is for you!

In addition to working and engaging with the business, you will be designing systems and processes to support our student information system, particularly when it comes to how it is functioning – knowing it inside out! You may also be facilitating workshops for key stakeholders, but with the predominant focus of your role being the functionality of the student information system and engaging and collaborating with the business to ensure positive user experience, design effectiveness, architecture, and analytics capabilities, to name a few.

The two C’s – communication and collaboration – with key stakeholders including the SIS Project team, CA Program Management team and other parts of the organisation including Finance and Marketing will be imperative to succeed in this role. This, along with your ability to problem solve, work in a team and comfort in representing Business Analysis and its importance in the business!

What else you will bring:

• At least 5 years’ experience working with student information systems and/or within a larger education eco-system as a Business Analyst
• Comfortable with and have experience producing business process models
• Experience with Agile Methodologies
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to facilitate workshops and discussions – excellent communication skills are a must
• Consider yourself fairly tech-savvy and proficient with MS Office
• Have effective time management and prioritisation skills
