About the Role
We are excited to have two part-time (24hours per week) positions available in our Graduate recruitment team to support our Australia and New Zealand region. You will provide end to end recruitment for graduate positions and will be responsible for organising student engagement events, building strong relationships with Universities and societies, screening resumes and applications, reviewing one-way video interviews, conducting interviews and involvement in virtual assessment centres (and face to face when possible).
The successful applicant should have previous experience working in the graduate recruitment space and will be used to high volume, and short timeframes. They will also be self-motivated and comfortable with working autonomously.
+ Preparation of advertising and position descriptions where required
+ Review and selection of strongest applicants
+ Ability to effectively screen and select strongest candidates to progress
+ Provide assessment centre support in set up and also delivery
+ Provide interview support and guidance to managers
+ Provide insights into candidate behaviour, strengths and weakness
+ Update the AECOM Global Recruitment System
+ Provide a strong customer service to managers, candidates and all stakeholders including HR
+ Provide candidate outcomes and ensure positive message for potential future pipeline
Preferred Qualifications
+ 1 – 6 years’ experience in a recruitment role
+ Experience working in Graduate and/or volume recruitment desirable
+ Someone who loves being part of a supportive team
+ Tertiary qualification advantageous
+ Previous global recruitment experience
+ Experience coordinating virtual events
+ Ability to build rapport with a broad range of people
+ Strong Client service behaviour
+ Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
