The Role
You’ll put your practical skills and compassion into supporting residents with everyday activities such as personal care, assistance at mealtimes, and general care duties that make for happier, healthier living at an Enliven home. You will work hard, but there are few jobs that will give you the immense satisfaction of working for people who are grateful for your help and who contribute to an enriching working environment.

About You
The ideal applicant will have experience in an aged care environment, however not essential as full training will be provided. You should be able to manage the physical demands of the position as well as:
- Be empathetic and compassionate
- Be a team player
- Work alongside, rather than for, older people
- Take pride in your work
- Think outside of the square
