  • Permanent – full-time and part time available
  • $21.84 – 27.43 per hour + overtime/penal rates

If you want to make a difference to the well-being of older people and enjoy some variety in your day, then this Care worker position will be of interest to you.

We are looking for permanent Care Workers to works with a variety of shifts available. You’ll put your practical skills and compassion into supporting residents with everyday activities such as personal care, assistance at mealtimes, and general care duties that make for happier, healthier living at an Enliven home. You will be supporting people receiving hospital level and rest home dementia level support. You will work hard, but there are few jobs that will give you the immense satisfaction of working for people who are grateful for your help and who contribute to an enriching working environment.

About You

You will be providing personal care within an aged care setting and should be keen, motivated to learn and have an empathy for older people.

Applicants who hold the National Certificate in Community Support Services, Foundation Skills or Core Competencies Level 3, or the Dementia Limited Credit Programme would have an advantage.

Care Workers without formal qualifications will undertake study while working at St Andrews and we will help you with this.
