Your job duties in the roll of a Curry and Tandoori Indian Chef will include, but not limited to be following

Plan and direct food preparation according to the menu. 
Modify menu or create new ones

Ensure the preparation equipment is all temperature regulated and
ready to be used

Ensure kitchen complies with occupationalHealth and saftey

Keep a sanitized and orderly enviroment in the kitchen

Make adjustment to food items to accomodate guest with allergies
or specific diet concerns

Manage other employees in the kitchen

Train and manage kitchen staff

Orders ingredients and spices as needed

Storing food as appropriate

Assist with recruting kitchen staaf when required.
