Below is a list of available positions we have within Chilled and Frozens Department. All of these positions are suitable for school students over the age of 16!
Monday 4pm-9pm and Saturday 11.30am-9.00pm (13.5 hours)
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 4.00pm-9.00pm (13.5 hours)
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 4.00pm-9.00pm (13.5 hours)
These roles will see you receiving and stacking away deliveries from the Coldshelf & Frozens Department, making lists of stock required, collecting that stock from the bulk storage and then replenishing the cabinets/chillers and shelves. A diligence for stock rotation is essential – making sure that our customers are purchasing good quality and fresh products is our main priority!
Due to the physical nature of these positions as often handling heavy stock, the successful candidates will need to be reasonably physically fit, and be able to constantly lift up to 25kg, or be able to wheel a full pallet of stock on a pallet jack. They can also be fast paced and physically challenging roles, however very rewarding. Balancing between working well within a team as well as independently is also a huge component of these roles.
Previous experience in a similar role/environment is desired but not essential.
