The more practical stuff:
Customer service experience is a must – not necessarily in cinema.
*Management experience leading small teams and aiming to be the best in the biz! *Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries helpfully and professionally. *Great time management and the ability to cope under pressure. *Understand and feel comfortable with budgets and KPI’s. *Food handling experience plus food prep experience also advantageous but not required. *LCQ or General Manager’s Certificate preferred, but not required. *A commitment to helping Silky Otter be the very best that it can be, embodying our brand values in your work, and setting a great example to your team.
FULL TIME & PART TIME DUTY MANAGER positions available for our Wigram, Christchurch branch.
