Our client has provided commercial cleaning services and facilities management options to businesses, councils and government agencies for 40 years. Through a network of owner-operated cleaning franchises, they provide full-service regular cleaning programmes and one-off jobs like carpet cleaning. They focus on green cleaning services helping their customers to care better for staff, clients and the environment.
Due to business growth and new accounts, our client is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to initially look after the West and North Shore areas of Auckland, servicing/selling to a database of approximately 120 clients.
Duties will include:
-developing client relationships
-regular communication with franchisees and clients
-service/inspection audits
-monitoring performance, training
-monitoring and maintaining profitability of contracts
-administration functions – reporting, meetings, record keeping
To be successful in this role, you will be/have:
-technology savvy
-values that align with the organisations
-great communication skills
-previous sales experience, preferably in a related industry
