The Client Services Co-Ordinator position is a telephone and CRM based role, with duties and responsibilities split across three related companies in real estate investment sales, financial advisory and mortgage brokering. Tasks will vary by company, but each related company is based around property, finance and investment advice. This is a key role within our core team which requires applicants who can conduct themselves professionally over the phone with clients to build rapport before customers speak with a sales or investment specialist.

You will be the initial touch point for potential clients, first impressions are key and usually the determining factor that drives a potential customers decision to engage with any of the related companies over their competitors. Good phone mannerism and passion for customer facing engagement is critical. You will be contacting clients both on our database and fresh leads fed through from various sources. The main purpose of the role is to book meetings with our investment advisors and mortgage brokers.

Ideally candidates will be digitally savvy in order to efficiently use CRM and all related digital systems. Experience or study in NZ Property or Finance is preferred. There will be opportunity for professional development and career progression through any of the related companies. Renumeration is set at $23/hour and attainable bonuses from day 1 are factored into the renumeration structure. These bonuses have been structured to be realistic for part time university workers and we give you the initial and ongoing training and management support to ensure you are comfortable in the role and feel you have the support to achieve these targets.

Hours are flexible and can be discussed with candidates during the application process.
