The Role
As a Support Worker you will be working with a variety of individuals to enable them to enjoy and maintain an independent lifestyle. You will support elderly, children, people living with dementia and young adults with intellectual or physical disabilities. In this role you will support to clients in:
Community outings and integration
Giving medication
Personal cares (showering, toileting etc)
Home management
Meal preparation
Sleepover

What we offer you
Depending on your qualifications, the pay rate is $21.50 – $27.00 per hour
Comprehensive training program and we will enable and support you to achieve a formal qualification in-home and community support
