The Placements Hub are seeking a Placement System Designer to lead the way to enhance the user experience of Western’s placement management system, and related support systems.
You will apply your expert knowledge, and have an understanding of placements and work integrated learning (WIL) requirements and have a continuous improvement approach that can translate business requirements into the University’s student placement management system (InPlace). You will be able to facilitate system use to maintain placement data integrity, and provide advice on the most effective ways to introduce system use to support placement and WIL requirements. You will be able to apply UX design thinking approaches to placement and WIL experience administration at scale. You will have strengths in developing and maintaining collaborative and cooperative relationships, and be able to negotiate with and influence staff in order to implement the most effective and efficient placement business process solutions using our placement management system.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 7 $110,370 to $119,091 p.a. (comprising Salary of $93,264 to $100,633 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
