Areas of Responsibility
- Managing the day to day operations of studios’ through communication with the studio leader’s
- Customer Service – Email Management – Web Management
- Consistently organising partnerships and events within each territory. Includes pop up partnerships, brand collaborations and activations
- Analysing data to work towards set KPIs for store growth and revenue (KPI’s subject to change depending on the business needs)
- From time to time be required to work in studio as an artist (one mandatory shift in studio every 6 weeks)
- Work alongside the Marketing team to incorporate strategies for all areas of marketing
- Lead the studio leaders to ensure their teams are strong, well equipped and qualified for the role
- Building cultivating and growing the team
