With this increase in business, they are looking to expand their team and bring on board a number of Compliance Coordinator to support their contractor onboarding.

About the Position:
Your role is to manage, administer and look after the sub-contractor’s workforce who have partnered with UCG this includes:
- Once the subcontractors have been approved to work with UCG you will complete an end – end onboarding process to ensure they meet all requirements to work with UCG
- If the subcontractor’s business or a technician stops working with UCG you will complete an end – end offboarding process
- Work with the subcontractors to ensure you have all the right documentation. certification, competencies, and training requirements they need for their company
- Ensure records and documents needed are kept up to date in the CRM
Who are UCG looking for?
If you have worked in the telecommunications industry in a similar position previously then we would love to hear from you. If not, then we would still love to hear from you if you have the following:
- Previous experience working in an administration position with a lot of functions and/ or dealing with compliance
- Strong customer service experience and a passion for helping people
- Be able to provide examples of working towards strict deadlines, having strong attention to detail and being able to use your initiative
- Have proven experience of dealing with private and confidential information
