The company and opportunity:
My client provides health, education and social services to Auckland, and has won many awards for their service to the community. They’ve been established for over 20 years, and are looking for a Contract Manager to add to their growing team.
In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of health, education and social services contracts, based in Onehunga.
The role, in a nut shell:
- Maintain an up-to-date contract register
- Monitor contract targets across the contract register
- Develop a high-level reporting framework for the organisation
- Monitor contract performance and provide monthly reports to the CEO and Board using the high-level reporting framework
- Co-ordinate all contract reporting for all contracts across the contract register across funder stakeholders
- Provide analysis (financial and non-financial) and reports in conjunction with relevant organizational stakeholders
- Assist in the procurement process for new contracts for the organization
To be successful in this role:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position and a relevant business tertiary qualification
- Having worked in primary care or a pacific organisation is desirable
- Must have a full clean drivers license
- Exceptional IT skills in systems and databases and essential skills in producing detailed analytical reports to
funders and organizational stakeholders - Understanding of the Governments health, educational and social services funding frameworks and priorities and how they impact in primary care and community based providers
