Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Contracts Support Administrator to help take responsibility for the day-to-day processes and administration of our contracts process, ensuring work is completed within agreed timeframes to meet the team’s delivery obligations. In our fast-paced environment, this role is pivotal to the smooth operation of our team.

As the first point of contact to the Contracts team, you will help prioritise incoming enquires and ensure that work is efficiently and effectively queued and managed, all while providing a high level of customer service to our sector providers and stakeholders.

This role will ideally suit someone who is well organised, takes responsibility for their key functions and processes, is motivated and able to work to tight deadlines, juggle multiple priorities and delivers to competing demands.
