About the role
To meet the expanding demand for our programmes we need an awesome all-rounder to join us as a Corporate Social Outcomes Programme Coordinator to join our team to assist with the smooth preparation and delivery of our programmes.
You will join a fast-paced and busy team, with programmes and projects running across the country. You’ll be a valued member of the team, instrumental in:
Developing and facilitating our suite of programmes
Coordinating programme logistics to ensure smooth delivery and excellent participant experience
Research and programme design to facilitate continuous improvement
Post programme follow-up, evaluation, and reporting
Some of the programmes we deliver include Entry Level or New to Industry work readiness, Upskilling, Cross-Industry Offerings, Second Chance Programmes, and Internal Leadership Development Programmes, with more being developed each year! This role is based from Christchurch and primarily office based but we are open to flexible work arrangements. Our programmes are often held in various locations around the country and you will be required to travel and stay overnight on these occasions.
Key capabilities:
Experience with facilitation, whether that is in a classroom, public speaking or other learning environment I don’t mind.
Experience developing lessons/sessions/modules to be delivered
Strong knowledge of Te Ao Māori & good knowledge of Te Reo Māori. A lot of the role includes delivery of programmes on marae, so being comfortable in that environment is key.
Good attention to detail and ability to deliver on administrative tasks.
